3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Ul. Błonie, Including The Construction Of A Sidewalk And A Bicycle Path. The Planned Section Of The Municipal Road Covers A Section Of Błonie Street In Sulejów With A Length Of Approx. 600 Meters From The Border Of The National Road No. 12 To Plot No. 6/7, District 0008 City Of Sulejów.3.2 The Order Is To Be Implemented In The Design And Build System, I.E. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation, Complete Administrative Formalities Resulting From The Relevant Legal Regulations And Perform Construction Works. 3.3 The Reconstruction Of The Road Includes A New Roadway With A Width Of 5.5 And 6.5 M (Structure With A Bituminous Surface In The Traffic Load Category Kr2), Local Shoulders With A Surface Of Crushed Aggregate 0.75 M Wide, Curbs At The Edge Of The Road, Entrances To The Property (With A Surface Of Concrete Paving Stones), Construction Of A Sidewalk 1.80 M Wide (With A Surface Of Paving Stones). Concrete), Construction Of A 3.00 M Wide Pedestrian And Bicycle Path (With A Surface Made Of Phaseless Concrete Cubes), Technological Channel, Drainage To The Adjacent Areas Of The Road And Through The Designed Rainwater Drainage System, Reconstruction Of A Culvert Under The Road That Has Been Excluded From Use, Cleaning And Strengthening Of The Ditch, Reconstruction, Profiling And Strengthening Of Slopes, Setting Up Road And Sidewalk Protective Barriers, Securing Slopes With Retaining Walls Or Strengthening With Slabs Openwork, Construction Of A Technical Road Along The Lower Edge Of The Slope, Removal Of Collisions With The Energy, Telecommunications And Water Supply Networks And Possible Additional Collisions With Other Networks Resulting From The Adopted Design Solutions, And Regulation Of Underground Infrastructure Devices. 3.4 For The Purposes Of This Order, The Ordering Party Has Developed A Functional And Utility Program Entitled: Reconstruction Of Błonie Street With The Construction Of A Sidewalk And A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu). 3.5 The Design Assumptions Contained In The Fup Define The Ordering Partys Concept Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order And Do Not Constitute Final Design And Implementation Solutions, Provided That They Are Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector. 3.6 At The Stage Of Design And Execution Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To To Each Time Agree On Changes In Parameters, Scope, Materials, Design, Technical Or Functional Solutions With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector, In Relation To The Provisions Contained In The Fup.3.7 The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Swz And The Functional And Utility Program In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3.8 The Valuation Of The Offer Should Include All Costs And Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicab
