The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Along With Obtaining The Necessary Legally Required Opinions, Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions, 2) Performance Of All Construction Works Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, 3) Performing Comprehensive Authors Supervision Of The Design Unit Over The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.3) The Subject Of The Order Includes Design Work And Construction Works Aimed At: 1) Demolition Works, Removal And Disposal Of Elements That Conflict Or Are Unnecessary For The Implementation Of The Project, 2) Earthworks, Laying Of Sub-Floor Layers, 3) Excavations And Laying Of Sanitary Sewage, Water And Electricity Supply Lines, 4) Construction Of Foundations For The Construction/Assembly Of The Facility, 5) Construction, Assembly Of A Prefabricated Automatic Public Toilet Pavilion, 6) Connection Of The Toilet For Infrastructure Networks,7) Equipping The Toilet With The Necessary Devices, Equipment And Automation,8) Developing The Processed Area Around The Facility - Hardening The Surface, Arranging Green Areas (Low Greenery, Grass, Trees),9) Starting (Start-Up) The Operation Of The Facility,10) Cleaning Up The Area After The Works.4. Attention!!! The Location Of The Toilet Facility Specified In Variant 2 Of The Functional And Utility Program Is Indicated For Implementation. 5. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Directly Next To The Existing Service Facility - A Transport Interchange, Including A Multi-Station Bus Stop And A Railway Station.
