Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Waterproofing, Hall A-2 - Stage Eastern Side, On The Premises Of Agh University Of Science And Technology In Kraków - Kc-De-Zp.25/67/2026

The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Waterproofing Of Pavilion A-2 - Stage Ii (Eastern Side), Which Includes: • Disassembly And Re-Arrangement Of Concrete Slabs After Insulation On The Eastern Side; • Dismantling Of Rainwater Tanks And Other Infrastructure Elements (Including Air Conditioners, Gas Cylinder Cages, Etc.) That Are Located On The Route Of The Planned Works And Their Reassembly After Completion Of The Works; • Excavation Around The Building On The Eastern Side; • Protection Of Excavations;• Cleaning Of External Walls;• Implementation Of Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Basements And Thermal Insulation; • Construction Of A Band Drainage With Connection To The Sewage System And Installation Of A Pump (Eastern Side); • Construction Of Electrical Installation, Power Supply And Monitoring Of The Pumping Station; • Construction Of A New Earthing Installation (Eastern Side); • Construction Of A New Lightning Protection Installation (Eastern Side); • Backfilling Of Excavations With Compaction And Placement Of Cubes/Slabs/Sowing/Planting;• Removal And Disposal Of Rubble After The Works.1. Stage Ii Includes Works Along The Eastern Façade (From Pavement A-1).2. The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Existing Trees (If Necessary) And Trimming Them To Prevent Them From Falling And Drying Out. The Contractor Should Provide A Full Warranty For The Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months (3 Years), In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Warranty Statement.
