Chopina 1 For The Purposes Of Establishing A Kindergarten Department, Including, Among Others: Adaptation And Reconstruction Of The Indicated Rooms, Reconstruction Of The Facade And Entrance To The Building Along With The Addition Of A Ramp For People With Disabilities, Replacement Of The Insulation Layer, Construction Of A New Playground And Relocation Of The Nature Corner To A New Location. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To Perform The Following Basic Construction Works: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works, 2) Geodetic Marking Out In The Field, 3) Earthworks, 4) Foundation Works, 5) Construction Works, 6) Bricklaying Works, 7) Installation Of Partitions Using The Dry Construction Technology, 8) Installation Of Window And Door Joinery, 9) Installation Of Hpl Walls, 10) Plastering Works, 11) Painting Works, 12) Assembly Ceramic Cladding,13) Installation Of Carpets,14) Cleaning Of Terrazzo,15) Installation Of Sanitary Installations,16) Installation Of Electrical And Low-Voltage Installations,17) Installation Of Equipment,18) Construction Of A Playground, 19) Relocation Of The Nature Education Site With All Elements Of The Equipment. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Preparation, Security And Fencing Of The Construction Site, Performance Of Temporary And Accompanying Works, Loading, Removal And Disposal Of Waste, Including Materials From Demolition And Excess Excavated Material And Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completed Works. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Develop Fire Safety Instructions And Install The Resulting Markings And Fire Protection Devices. Due To The Need To Maintain The Aesthetic Values Of The Facility, Careful Selection Of Colors, Materials, Design Of Equipment And Visible Devices Is Required. Taking Into Account The Above, It Is Required To Submit For Approval: - Color And Material Samples For All Finishing Elements And Devices, - Workshop Drawings Of Individually Made Elements, - Samples, Patterns (Reference Copies), - Proposals For Detailed Installation Solutions That May Affect The Aesthetics Of The Rooms. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works And Their Full Scope And Implementation Requirements Are Included In The Design Documentation (Including Bill Of Quantities). And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Should Be Considered Together With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contract And The Documentation Of The Public Procurement Procedure. All Construction Works And Other Activities Included In The Above-Mentioned, Respectively. Documents Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Documents Mentioned.
