1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Modernization Of The Sports Complex At Primary School No. 1 As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Sports Complex Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012 At Primary School No. 1 In Dzierżoniów. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture As Part Of The Sports Complexes Modernization Program Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012 - Edition 2025.1.2. The Scope Of Works For This Task Is Indicated And Described In: A) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Entitled Modernization Of The Existing Sports Complex Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012; B) Bill Of Quantities; C) Development - Descriptive And Drawing Part Entitled Modernization Of The Existing Sports Complex Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012; D) Agreement On Financing The Project; And Includes In Particular: • Replacement Of The Artificial Grass Surface Of The Football Pitch, • Renovation Of The Polyurethane Surface Of The Multi-Purpose Pitch, • Replacement Of The Lighting With Energy-Saving Led Ones, • Renovation Of The Locker Room And Sanitary Facilities. In Addition To The Works Resulting From The Documentation As Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make And Install, Before The Commencement Of The Works, An Information Board In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Granting Institution, Including One Change To Its Content. The Content Of The Board Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Its Implementation. An Information Board With Dimensions Of 180X120cm Is Made Of Composite Board, Plastic, Plexiglass Or Pvc. Min. 3 Mm Or Placed On A Metal Base With A Double Rolled Edge. The Table Should Include, Among Others: Colors Of The Republic Of Poland And The Image Of The Emblem Of The Republic Of Poland, The Name Of The Task And The Name Of The Fund. 1.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And In The Study - The Descriptive And Drawing Parts. Both The Description And The Drawings (Graphic Part) Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Order.1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Recommendations Of Investor Supervision, And The Documentation Listed In Point 1.2. 1.5. Construction Works Should Be Carried Out Ensuring The Elimination Of Architectural Barriers For People With Disabilities.
