The Only Changes To The Architecture Of The Facility Will Concern The Change In The Height Of The Brick Chimney. All Other Elements Will Remain In Their Current Form. Renovation Works - Including Renovation Of The Flat Roof Covering - Involve Restoring It In Its Previous Form. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Design Attached To Swz.3. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With: A) Applicable Regulations, B) Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.4. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Tender Should Be Treated As Indicative Materials. The Offer Should Price All Works Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order. 5. C) Keeping The Work Area Free From Traffic Obstacles, D) Securing The Work Area Against The Entry Of Unauthorized Persons, E) Ensuring Safety During The Performance Of The Works, Min.
