1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of Dp No. 4414W On The Section Wyszków - Rybno - Kręgi - Somianka - Stage Vi Expected To Be Implemented With Co-Financing From The Government Road Development Fund (Rfrd), For Which The Financing Entity Is The Government Of The Republic Of Poland Represented By The Masovian Voivodeship Office In Warsaw2) The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of District Road No. 4414W On The Section Wyszków - Rybno - Kręgi - Somianka - Stage Vi, Covering A Section With A Length Of 2,492 M (From Km 4+268 To Km 6+760 - According To The Mileage Of The Design Documentation) In The Scope Of Road, Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Works. The Investment Includes:  Replacement Of The District Road Structure With Simultaneous Correction Of The Geometry And Widening Of The Road With An Asphalt Surface To 6.0 M,  Construction Of A Sidewalk With A Concrete Block Surface From Km 4+268 To Km 6+483,  Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles With A Concrete Block Surface From Km 6+483 To Km 6+760,  Reconstruction Of Intersections With Public Roads,  Construction Of Individual Exits,  Construction Of A Drainage System - Evaporation Tank, Rainwater Drainage, Ditches.3) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes:  Road Works, Including: Preparatory And Demolition Works; Earthworks; Foundations; Surfaces; Street Elements - Curbs, Edges, Sewage; Horizontal And Vertical Marking; Geodetic Inventory; Evaporation Tank; Works In The Sanitary Industry - Rainwater Drainage, Works In The Electrical Industry - Reconstruction Of Low-Voltage Lines,  Works In The Telecommunications Industry - Reconstruction Of Telecommunications Equipment,  Other Works, Works, Activities And Obligations Arising From The Draft Agreement/Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, The Cost Of Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price. The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Order Is Not Available In An Editable Electronic Version (Files Such As .Dwg, .Dxf, Etc.). The Documentation Will Be Made Available To The Contractor In Paper Form And In Pdf Format. All Surveying Works, In Particular Staking Out Of Buildings, Road Axis, Road Edges, Drainage Elements And Other Land Development Elements, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform On The Basis Of Documentation Provided In Paper And/Or Pdf Files.
