Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Functional And Utility Program And Energy Audit, • Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, • Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To:• Carry Out The Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With The Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of ​​Works Being Carried Out;• Ensuring, At His Own Expense, That The Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order;• Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Safe Access To And Access To The Building And Other Facilities On The Premises Of The District Complex No. 2 Of General Education Schools Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Order. Sports And Technical Championships And Ensure Continuity Of Media Supplies;• In Order To Properly Implement The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate With Another Contractor Carrying Out Works On The Same Facility, Remodeling And Expanding The School Building With An Elevator Shaft And Installing A Passenger Lift.
