A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.2) Limit Parameters, Constituting Appendix No. 1A To The Swz.3. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Additionally Specified In The Contractual Conditions Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4. The Delivery Time Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Is: A) Reagents - A Maximum Of 5 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By E-Mail, According To Current Needs, The Size Of Which Will Be Each Time Determined By The Laboratory Diagnostics Department; B) Apparatus - A Maximum Of 20 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 5. The Expiry Date Of The Reagents Is: Minimum 6 Months, Counting From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order Within 36 Months.
