The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Performance Of Four Quarterly Inspections Of The Condition Of 59 High Chambers, Hereinafter Referred To As High Chambers, Using Mountaineering Methods, The Detailed List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification, 2) Performance Of Four Quarterly Measurements Of The Opening Of Cracks Using Mountaineering Methods At 362 Measurement Stations Built In High Chambers, Referred To In Annex No. 1 To The Specification, 3) Performance Of Four Quarterly Measurements Using Mountaineering Methods Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Control Galleries (Including: Barriers, Platforms, Fastening, Supporting And Stabilizing Elements) In The Following Chambers: Barącza, Saurau, Michałowice, Weimar, Haluszka And Wessel,4) Reading Of Measurements From Sensors Installed In The Maria Teresa Ii Górna Chamber And Interpretation Of The Results,5) Inspection Of The Drainage System In The Ceiling Part In The Gołuchowski Chamber,6) Preparing A Written Report On Inspection Of The Condition Of The High Chambers, Technical Condition Of The Control Galleries And Measurements Of The Gaps, 7) Readings From 20 Feeler Gauges Installed In The Margielnik Chamber On Pos. Iii,8) Crumbling Of The Ceiling And Side Walls In Places Of Noticed Detachments,9) Wedging Of Loose Wooden Cladding And Lining.2. Whenever The Contract Mentions A Quarter, It Should Be Understood As A Calendar Quarter.3. Inspection Of The Condition Of The High Chambers And Measurements Of The Opening Of The Cracks Should Be Performed In Each Subsequent Calendar Quarter, In Accordance With The Methodology Presented In Annex No. 2 To The Specification And The Order Of The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Of April 1, 2025 On The Inspection Of The Condition Of Excavation Supports And The Inspection Of The Condition Of Excavations Maintained Without Support, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Specification.4. The Report Referred To In Point 1(6) Should Contain Complete Information On The Type, Scope And Date Of The Inspection And Work Referred To In Point 1(1) - 5 And 7 - 9, Including In Particular Photographic Documentation Showing The Places Of Damage Found During The Inspection Of The High Chambers, The Name Of The Excavation, The Date Of The Inspection In Each Excavation, Comments On The Condition Of The Unbuilt Surfaces Of The High Chambers And The State Of Deformation Of The Support Or Its Individual Elements.5. A Report Should Be Prepared From The Inspection, Which Will Include Interpretations Of The Crack Propagation Measurements Made. The Report Should Include A Graphic Part Regarding The Location Of Measurement Bases (Sketches Of Base Locations). The Report On The Measurements Performed Should Be Prepared And Signed By A Person With The Qualifications Of The Head Of The Mining Department In Plants Conducting The Activities Specified In Art. 2 Section 1 Point 2 Or 5 Of The Act Of June 9, 2011, Geological And Mining Law, Or Equivalent Qualifications Co
