A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Regarding The Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Must Be The Property Of The Contractor.
