The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Of Acting As A Personal Data Protection Inspector. The Contractor, Pursuant To The Principles Specified In The Swz And The Draft Contractual Provisions, Undertakes To Perform Activities For The Ordering Party Consisting In Performing The Function Of The Personal Data Protection Inspector (Iod) In Accordance With Art. 37 Of The Regulation On The Protection Of Personal Data (Gdpr) Of May 25, 2018 And Art. 8 And 9 Of The Personal Data Protection Act (Uodo) Of May 10, 2018 As A Lump Sum Remuneration Of Up To 50 Hours Per Month. The Services Will Be Provided Remotely. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled Designed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Execution Of The Order Must Be Carried Out With Due Care And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Possible Information For Contractors. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specifications Of The Contract Terms.
