The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services For The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room In The Rawicz Prison In The Design And Build Formula.1. Performing The Function Of Investor Supervision Inspector Will Include The Following Activities: 1) Verification Of The Project Documentation With The Investors Assumptions And Applicable Regulations, Including The Orders And Guidelines Of The Director General Of The Prison Service And The Subsidy Agreement From The Fund For The Vocational Activation Of Convicts And The Development Of Prison Work Establishments. 2) Verification Of The Compliance Of The Construction Works With The Construction Design And The Building Permit; 3) Controlling And Reporting The Implementation Of Works (Current Information About Potential Risks); 4) Verification Of Compliance Of Completed Construction Works With Construction Law, Current Standards And Applicable Legal Provisions; 5) Enforcing The Implementation Of All Tasks And Guidelines Resulting From Administrative Decisions And Arrangements Issued For The Implementation Of The Project, In Particular Building Permits; 6) Checking The Quality Of Performed Works And Built-In Construction Products, In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Construction Products And Those Not Approved For Use In Construction; 7) Coordinating The Compliance Of Design Solutions Of Individual Industries; 8) Checking, Controlling And Reporting Project Costs; 9) Checking The Timeliness Of Completed Works And Compliance Of The Construction Process With The Applicable Construction Schedule; 10) Checking And Confirming The Execution Of Works, Including Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participation In Tests And Technical Acceptance Of Installations, Technical Devices And Chimney Flues; 11) Preparation And Conduct Of Final Acceptance (With The Participation Of The Ordering Party) And Participation In The Commissioning; 12) Confirming The Removal Of All Defects And The Actual Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Design, Orders And Guidelines Of The Director General Of The Prison Service; 13) Other Activities Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law; 2. Inspection Of Construction Works Will Be Carried Out At Such Intervals As To Ensure The Effectiveness Of Supervision, But At Least Twice A Week And Upon Each Telephone Call From The Construction Manager Or The Ordering Party Within No More Than 4 Hours From The Call.3. The Investor Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Participate In All Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party.4. The Investors Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Staff To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Including: • Construction Works Supervision Inspector, • Installation And Sanitary Works Supervision Inspector, • Electrical Works Supervision Inspector, • Telecommunication Works Supervision Inspector, • Material Inspector - Technologist, • Construction Works Settl
