Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Devices And Software For The Commune Office Increasing Resistance To Cyberattacks Along With Implementation As Part Of The Grant Entitled: Cybersecure Local Government

4.1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Delivery Of Software Increasing Resistance To Cyber Attacks And Data Leaks, Together With The Implementation And Delivery Of Emergency Power Systems Under Part I Of The Order And Under Part Ii Of The Order, Conducting An Information Security Audit In The Commune Office, Developing And Implementing An Isms And Conducting Training For Office Employees And The Offices It Administrator As Part Of The Implementation Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant. Due To The Above, The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts: 4.1.1. Part I - Delivery Of Software And A Power Generator, I.E.: A) Dlp Software; B) It Resource Management Software; C) Purchase And Installation Of A Power Generator, Along With Stationary Implementation Of The Software And Device At The Ordering Partys Location.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 6A To The Swz For Part I And In Annex No. 6B To The Swz For Part Ii.4.4 The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Fully Assembled, Brand New (Without Any Trace Of Previous Use), Of Full Value, Free From Material And Manufacturing Defects And Free From Technical And Legal Defects. Used, Recertified Or Repackaged Equipment Is Not Allowed. 4.5 The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Marked And Must Be Admitted To Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Submitted Offer Should Cover The Entire Material And Quantitative Scope Of The Order Specified In This Tor.4.6 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A License As Well As All Rights To The Delivered Software Together With The Delivery Of The Equipment.4.7 The Ordering Party Informs That If The Description Includes Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Provided By A Specific Contractor, They Refer Only To The Quality And Type Of The Product, And The Ordering Party Cannot, For Objective Reasons, Describe The Subject Of The Order In In A Sufficiently Precise And Comprehensible Manner And Such Indication Is Therefore Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 4.8 In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Containing Goods (Equivalent Materials And Devices), And All Goods (Materials And Devices) Specified In The Documentation, Originating From Specific Manufacturers, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Refer In The Offer To The Use Of Equivalent Goods (Materials And Devices) Described In The Swz, Submitting A List Of Equivalent Goods (Materials And Devices). In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrat
