The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1303K Zawierzbie - Kozłów - Szczucin In The Town Of Samocice. The Design Study Covers Km 7+115.00 - 7+510.00 (395 Meters) Of District Road No. 1303K, Which Is The Very Center Of Samocice. The Section In Question Is Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of A Primary School, A Church And A Folk House. The Planned Investment Will Be Implemented Along A Z-Class District Road. The Design Study Should Include The Following Elements: Adjustment Of The Road Width Of The District Road To The Parameters Of A Class Z Road Based On The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518, As Amended), Correction Of Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes Of The Road Along With Replacing The Substructure In Places Where It Is Necessary, Designing A Pedestrian Road On The Right Side Of The Road With A Surface Made Of Phaseless Paving Stones (Km Approximately 7+240 - 7+480), Designing Parking Spaces On The Left Side Of The Road With A Bituminous Surface, Parking Parallel And Perpendicular To The Road Axis, Limited On The Side Of The Adjacent Plots With A Strip Of Concrete Paving Stones Without Phase (Km Approximately 7+285 - 7+340), Design Of Parking Spaces On The Right Side Of The Road With A Bituminous Surface, Parking Parallel To The Road Axis, Limited From The Side Of Adjacent Plots By The Designed Pedestrian Road (Km Approximately 7+355 - 7+470), Construction Of The Necessary Drainage Devices For The Road Lane In Connection With The Construction Of The Pedestrian Road And Parking Spaces, Liquidation Of Existing Culverts Under The Road Crown That Do Not Currently Serve Any Function, Renovation Or Reconstruction Of Existing Roadside Ditches Located On The Section Covered By The Design Study And Not Intended For Liquidation As Part Of This Study, Appropriate Vertical And Horizontal Markings And Traffic Safety Devices In Necessary Places, Include The Reconstruction Of All Exits On The Section Covered By The Design Study To The Properties Bordering The Road, Possible Reconstruction Of The Utility Network Colliding With The Designed Elements Of The Reconstructed Road, Because Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1303K May Involve The Need To Geodetic Separate A Maximum Of Three Neighboring/Private Plots For Widening The Existing Road. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Declaration From The Owners Of These Plots On Transferring Part Of Them For The Purpose Of Widening The Road.
