The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase, Delivery At The Contractors Expense And Risk And Unloading Of Cars At The Address: Rejon Dróg Wojewódzkich In Zgórsko, Zgórsko 124, 26-052 Nowiny; 2) Wrapping Of Each Car In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Item 40 In The Table - Additional Equipment Point C);3) Installation Of Warning Beams On Vehicle Roofs In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Item 40 In The Table - Additional Equipment Point A);4) Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees On The Day Of Delivery Or Within 3 Days Of Delivery, At The Delivery Locations Indicated Above, In The Scope Of Operation, Maintenance, Minor Repairs, Operation, And Inspections;5) During The Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects, Providing Service On The Terms Specified In § 6 And 7 Of The Contract.3.
