The Subject Of The Order Is: Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 15100000-9 Part I: Supplies Of Food Products: Beef, Pork, Pork Offal To The Prison In Herby Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 15113000-3 15111100-0 15114000-02. The Type Of Articles And Estimated Demand Are Presented In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. The Quantity Of Goods Delivered May Be Reduced By 30%. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Quantity Of Goods Actually Delivered. 3. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Ensure That The Quality Of The Delivered Food Products Which Are The Subject Of This Order, The Method Of Their Packaging, As Well As The Type Of Collective Packaging Used Result In A Reduction Of The Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party Of Storage, Preparation And Distribution Of The Delivered Articles And Dishes Made From Them, As Well As The Costs Of Disposal And Disposal Of The Resulting Waste.4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Depending On Current Demand, Based On Information Provided Each Time By The Ordering Party By Telephone, E-Mail Or Fax By 11:30. Deliveries Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Submitted Offer Between 8:00 A.M. And 11:30 A.M. (Monday To Friday) By Transport And At The Contractors Expense. Due To The Specificity Of The Ordering Partys Business, There Is A Large Variation In The Frequency And Volume Of Deliveries, But Not More Often Than Once A Week. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.6. The Delivered Products Should Comply With The Norms And Standards Specified In Polish Norms And Relevant Legal Provisions, Including The Food And Nutrition Safety Act Of August 25, 2006, As Well As The Implementing Regulations To This Act.7. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer For Each Part.8. Requirements For The Contractor: A) The Contractor Is Responsible For The High Quality Of The Subject Of The Order; B) Due Diligence Is Required In The Implementation Of The Obligations Of The Contract; C) Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Contractors Appointed Representative; D) The Contractor Must Specify Contact Telephone Numbers, Fax Numbers, E-Mail Addresses And Other Arrangements Necessary For The Efficient And Timely Execution Of The Order; E) The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Subject Matter.
