Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Transport Of Unsegregated And Segregated Municipal Waste From The Premises Of The Independent Public Health Care Facility In Siedlce

The Subject Of The Order Is Systematic Collection Of Unsegregated And Segregated Municipal Waste From The Premises Of The Independent Public Health Care Center In Siedlce At Ul. Starowiejska 15, Ul. Bema 22 And Ul. Formińskiego 14, Mazurska 1 And The Health Center In Suchożebra. The Quantity, Capacity, Type And Location Of Containers Intended For Waste Collection And The Frequency Of Waste Collection Are Included In Annex No. 1 - Price Form, Transfer Of Waste For Management In Accordance With The Requirements Adopted In Legal Regulations, Ensuring Constant Maintenance And Technical Efficiency - Replacement And Repair Of Damaged Containers, And Keeping Them In A Proper Sanitary Condition, Removal Of Solid Waste According To An Established Schedule, Systematic Disinfection, Timely Emptying Of Containers, Maintaining High Standards Of Cleanliness Around The Containers After Removal Waste, Accepting And Considering Justified Complaints And Implementing Them Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party. Containers For Collecting Waste Are Provided At The Contractors Own Expense And Risk Without Additional Fees From The Independent Public Health Care Facility For Their Use. The Cost Of Delivering, Providing And Systematic Disinfection Of Containers For The Duration Of The Contract Is Included In The Prices Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Will Lease Internal Bins To The Ordering Party Free Of Charge For Segregated Waste In The Amount Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Containers Must Be Aesthetic, In Good Technical Condition, Have Closures And Meet The Requirements Of Sanitary Services. The Cost Of Temporary Storage In A Waste Landfill And Disposal Is Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Particular The Provisions Of: 1) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law;3) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities;4) Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels;5) Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog;6) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013 On Detailed Requirements In Scope Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners;7) Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 7, 2016 On Detailed Requirements For The Transport Of Waste.
