1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For A Task Involving The Reconstruction Of A Culvert Along District Road No. 1308K At Km 0+245. The Design Study Is To Include The Reconstruction Of A Culvert Located On A Drainage Ditch - Świebodzki Ditch Along The District Road 1308K On The Border Of The Towns Of Bolesław And Grądy. The Current 8.0 M Long Culvert Is Made Of Concrete Rings With A Diameter Of 1000 Mm. The Planned Investment Will Be Implemented Along A District Road Of Class L-Local. The Design Study Should Take Into Account The Following Elements: Complete Demolition Of The Existing Culvert And Construction Of A New Culvert In Its Place Complying With Current Norms And Standards, The Clearance Of The Designed Culvert Should Be Determined On The Basis Of Appropriate Hydrological And Hydraulic Calculations, The Ordering Party Allows The Design Of A Culvert With Both A Rectangular Cross-Section Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Box Elements And A Traditional One Culvert With A Circular Cross-Section, On The Access Roads To The Culvert, If Necessary, The Construction Of Transition Slabs Should Be Taken Into Account, The Width Of The District Road Road On The Culvert And On The Approaches To The Culvert Should Be Adjusted To The Parameters Of The Class L District Road Based On The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518, As Amended) By Making An Appropriate Widening Of The Road, A Pedestrian Sidewalk And Appropriate Traffic Safety Devices Should Be Provided On The Culvert, The Design Study Should Include The Reconstruction Of Infrastructure Colliding With The Road And The Designed Elements. Since The Reconstruction Of The Culvert Along The District Road No. Right-Of-Way. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Declaration From The Owners Of These Plots On The Transfer Of Part Of Them For The Purpose Of Widening The Right-Of-Way For A Fee Or Free Of Charge. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Perform The Necessary Geodetic Divisions Of These Plots As Part Of The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Task In Question. If It Is Necessary To Divide A Larger Number Of Plots, The Contractor Will Have The Right To Increase The Remuneration For The Division Of Each Subsequent Plot In The Amount Consistent With The Amount Indicated In The Offer Form. This Will Involve A Change In Remuneration In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Contract Template.
