Tenders Are Invited For Playground At The Arkadia Reservoir - Bo

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Titled: Playground At The Arkadia Reservoir - Bo, Consisting In The Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4. The Use Of A Label In The Documentation Of The Procedure Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Given Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Ordering Party Or An Equivalent Label, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Corresponding Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Deliveries Or Services To Be Performed By It Meet The Requirements Of The Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party.5. The Use In The Documentation Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body As Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Offer Evaluation Criteria Or Contract Performance Conditions Means That The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies.
