Work Detail
Renovation Of The Surface Of District Road No. 2162P On The Section Of Ul. Wrzesińska In Witków Is Related To The Existing, Very Poor Condition Of The Bituminous Surface. Currently, The Road Has A Lot Of Damage Caused By Many Years Of Use, Especially By Trucks And Agricultural Machines. At The Time Of Construction, This Road Was Not Intended For Such Heavy Vehicle Traffic As It Is Today. This Is Especially Visible Around The Edges Of The Road And In Places Where Vehicle Wheels Are Usually Located. Too Weak Foundation Causes The Formation Of Mesh Cracks. Weather Conditions Also Led To Surface Degradation. The Optimal Solution To This Situation Is To Make Additional Bitumen Layers From A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Intended For Traffic Category Kr2. Due To Its Current Profile, The Surface Will Consist Of Two Bitumen Layers. One Is A Leveling Layer Of Ac11w Asphalt Concrete For Kr2 In The Amount Of 75 Kg/M², While The Finishing Layer Will Be A Wearing Course Of Ac11s Asphalt Concrete For Kr2 With A Thickness Of 4 Cm. In Places Where They Are Incorporated Into Existing Roadways, Deep Milling Should Be Carried Out At Least To The Depth Of The Wearing Course. Before Starting Surface Works, The Elevated Dirt Shoulders Should Be Cut And Channeled To Enable The Construction Of A Shoulder Layer Of 15 Cm Of Volcanic Aggregate. After Completing The Bituminous Works, The Roadsides Should Be Supplemented With Crushed Aggregate Of 0/31.5 Mm Fraction Of Volcanic Origin. The Width Of The Fortification Is 75 Cm, Depth 15 Cm. The Slopes Should Be Made Of Crushed Stone Or Bitumen, Starting With The Construction Of A Trough And A Drainage Layer. This Task Involves Replacing Road Markings, Curbs And Concrete Stops, As Well As Opening And Cleaning Roadside Ditches. In Addition, The Project Provides For Height Regulation Of Exits With A Concrete Block Surface Along With Cleaning And Leveling Of Existing Rainwater Inlets For The New Road Surface. Basic Parameters Of The Renovated Road: • Class Z Road, • Length Of The Renovated Section: 779 M, • Road Width: 5.6 - 6.6 M (Slight Correction May Be Made After Cleaning The Road Edge), • Cross-Section: Consistent With The Cross-Section Of The Existing Road With Minor Correction Resulting From Surface Leveling, • Longitudinal Cross-Section: Consistent With The Existing Longitudinal Inclination With A Slight Correction Resulting From Surface Leveling, • Surface: Ac11w Asphalt Concrete Leveling Layer For Kr2 And Ac11s Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course For Kr2, • Length Of Exits To Fields: Up To The Border Of The Road, • Width Of Exits: In Accordance With The Land Development Plan, Transverse Slope Exits: Consistent With The Existing Road, • Longitudinal Inclination Of Exits: Max 5% - Related To The Level Of The Road And The Level Of The Adjacent Terrain. The Presented Technical Documentation Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To A Larger Scope Of Works, However, As Part Of The Ongoing Public Procurement Procedure, Renovation Works Shoul
