Bałdowska, On Plots No.: 8/6, 8/19, 8/20, 8/22, 8/23, 8/53, 18, Area 14 M. Tczew, Tczew County, Pomeranian Voivodeship”, Constituting The First Stage Of The Global Investment Planned For The Above-Mentioned Area. Land Properties. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building, With Services On The Ground Floor, Which Will Include 35 Apartments And 2 Service Premises. The Building Was Designed As A Brick Building With Reinforced Concrete Ceilings, Pins And Columns, Placed On Reinforced Concrete Foundations. The Building Has 4 Floors (3 Full And An Attic) And Does Not Have A Basement.
