1. The Subject Of This Order Is The 2Nd Stage Of Fire Protection On The 1St And 2Nd Floors Of The Municipal Office Building In Mieroszów.2. The Scope Of The Investment Task Includes, Among Others: 1) Local Separation Of The K2 Staircase With Walls With The Required Rei 60 Fire Resistance And Installation Of Ei 30S Doors, 2) Replacement Of The Indicated Internal Doors To The Rooms With Fire-Resistant Doors (Staircase K1 And K2), 3) Equipping Staircases With Devices For Gravitational Removal Of Smoke And Fire Gases, 4) Equipping Historic Wooden Doors In The Staircase K-1 In Door Closers And Intumescent Seals That Prevent The Escape Of Smoke And Fire Gases,5) Installation Of The Electrical Installation Of The Smoke Exhaust System For Staircases,6) Installation Of A Fire Alarm System With Complete Protection Of The Building,7) Installation Of Emergency (Evacuation) Lighting For All Escape Routes Of The Building (Corridors And Both Staircases).3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Results From The Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation (Construction Design, Technical Specification, Arrangements) Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Submits A Construction Design Taking Into Account A Broader Scope, But The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Included On The First And Second Floors Of The Building.4. The Scope Of The Task Includes Construction Works And All Activities Necessary To Implement The Investment In Question, Including, Among Others, The Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation.5. Attention! The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Are An Auxiliary Tool For Preparing The Offer, Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities And Necessary To Complete The Task Must Be Estimated As Part Of The Offer By The Contractor.6. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under Number A4449/1743 And Is Located In An Urban Area Entered In The Register Of Monuments.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Works Be Carried Out In Accordance With Decision 598/2023 Dwkz And That, In Accordance With This Decision, The Works Be Managed By A Person With The Authorizations Referred To In Art. 37C Of The Act On The Protection Of Monuments. 8. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions, In A Manner That Does Not Violate The Interests Of Third Parties. 9. Attention!
