The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Commissioning Of A Power Generator Along With The Adaptation Of The Existing Electrical Installation For The Purposes Of Connecting Devices In The Building Located At Ul. Stawna 7 In Komorniki.2. The Delivered Unit Must Be: A) Brand New, I.E. Unused, Complete, Unrefurbished, Not From Advertising Exhibitions Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Proper Operation, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Defects And Damage And Free From Third Party Rights, And Purchased In The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel; B) Equipped With User Documentation In Polish; C) Marked With The Ce Mark, Have A Ce Certificate Or A Declaration Of Conformity Ce.3. The Contractors Tasks Also Include Training Two Representatives Of The Ordering Party In The Operation And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Unit.4. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Contract.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Enter The Power And Name Of The Generator Manufacturer In The Offer Form.6. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 8. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Entrusting The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Actions As For His Own.9. Equivalent Solutions: In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Procedure Documentation, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order. Only Such Changes In Materials Are Allowed That Are Within The Scope Of The Included Construction, Technological And Technical Solutions. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Parameters Of The Materials And Equipment. If The Contractor Intends To Use Any Solutions Or Equivalent Materials, He Is Obliged To Describe Them In Detail In The Offer And Demonstrate Their Equivalence. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, T
