The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building Of The Secondary School No. Xii At Pl. Orląt Lwowskich 2A In Wrocław, Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To Perform Works That Do Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit, Divided Into Tasks And Stages: Task 1: Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building In Terms Of Adaptation To The Requirements Of Fire Protection Regulations, Replacement Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Renovation And Reconstruction Of Central Heating And Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Existing Shelter, Divided Into Stages: A) Stage 1: Adaptation Of Lo Xii Facilities To Fire Protection Regulations. Including The Shelter, B) Stage 2: Comprehensive Reconstruction/Replacement Of The Electrical And Telecommunications Installations Of Lo Xii Facilities, C) Stage 3: Comprehensive Reconstruction, Renovation Of The Central Heating Installation In Buildings A And B, D) Stage 4: Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Existing Shelter, In Order To Meet The Conditions Of The U-1 Protective Structure, Task 2: Performing Authors Supervision Over The Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Referred To In The Task 1.
