Part No. I: Insulation Of The Building Of Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 In Poręba Along With Partial Replacement Of Windows And Doors.1. Existing Condition: The Subject Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 Located In Poręba At Ul. Zakładowa 15 Occupies A Plot No., Plot No. 7458/90, Poręba District. A Detached Building With An Elongated, Rectangular Shape, Partially Basement, And 3 Above-Ground Floors. It Is Located In The North-Eastern Part Of The Plot. The Facility Was Built In 1950. Traditional Brick Structure. The Buildings Structure Consists Of A System Of Load-Bearing Transverse And Longitudinal Brick Walls Made Of Solid Brick. External Walls Are Brick, Plastered. Brick Foundation Walls. The Ceilings Are Supported On Load-Bearing Walls. External Concrete Stairs, Internal Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Stairs. Brick Chimneys Covered With Sheet Metal. A Multi-Slope Roof With A Wooden Structure, Covered With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. Sheet Metal Flashings Made Of Galvanized Sheet Metal. Existing Pvc Windows, Partly Wooden. There Are Three Entrances To The Building - The Main Entrance Via External Stairs On The South Side, The Staircase Entrance On The West Side And An Additional Entrance On The East Side. The Building Is Equipped With Internal Installations: Water Supply, Sewage, Hot Water, Central Heating, Gas, Electricity, Telecommunications, Fire Protection, Telephone And Gravity Ventilation. Building Area: ~ 741 M2 Usable Area: ~ 1,480 M2 Including: Unheated Attic Area ~ 267 M2 Traffic Area (Communications) ~ 393 M2 Volume: ~ 8,875 M3.2. Scope Of Construction Works: As Part Of The Investment Task, The Building Facades In Question Should Be Insulated Along With The Facade Plaster. The Insulation Should Be Designed/Performed In Such A Way As To Obtain Thermal Insulation Of The Partitions In Accordance With The Technical Conditions. As Part Of The Insulation Works, Part Of The Window And Door Joinery Is Replaced With New Ones With A Heat Transfer Coefficient In Accordance With The Technical Conditions. Additionally, It Is Planned To Insulate The Ceiling Between The Heated Rooms On The First Floor And The Unheated Attic Of The Building With Mineral Wool With A Heat Transfer Coefficient In Accordance With The Technical Conditions. Additionally, It Is Planned To Insulate The Ceiling Between The Heated Rooms On The Second Floor And The Unheated Attic Of The Building With Mineral Wool With A Heat Transfer Coefficient In Accordance With The Technical Conditions. It Is Also Planned To Insulate Selected Internal Walls In The Attic With Mineral Wool With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Consistent With The Technical Conditions.3.
