During The Public Procurement Procedure, Answering Questions From Contractors, Providing Explanations Regarding The Developed Design Documentation And Making Any Modifications (Corrections And Additions) To The Developed Design Documentation, The Need For Which Will Result From The Questions Asked, As Well As The Appeals Submitted And The Answers Provided. 3. During The Implementation Of The Investment, Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) - The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In This Respect On The Terms And Conditions Contained In The Contract.4. The Scope Of Design Documentation Includes Preliminary Studies, Development Of A Construction Design Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And A Permit To Perform Conservation Works In A Historic Building, Development Of Technical Designs Along With Specifications, Bills Of Quantities And An Investor Cost Estimate.
