The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 92 Section 1 Of The Pzp, Requires The Submission Of Two Variant Offers, Covering Different Ways Of Performing The Subject Of The Order: 1) Variant 1 (Obligatory): Renovation Of The Engine At The Contractors Service Center. 2) Variant 2 (Obligatory): Renovation Of The Engine On The Employers Ferry. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Two Variants Of The Offer. Submitting Only One Variant Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Swz (Article 226(1)(5) Of The Public Procurement Law). 4. Each Variant Is Subject To Separate Assessment In Accordance With Chapter Xxx Of The Swz.
