The Vehicle Is To Be Intended For The City Guard To Perform Patrol, Intervention And Preventive Tasks. Basic Service And Inspection Activities Will Be Performed Inside, Including: In The Field Of Environmental Protection And Air Protection And Transport Of Equipment.2. The Vehicle Must Meet The Basic Requirements, I.E.: A) Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended), From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024 R., Item 502), B) Resulting From The Standards Pn-En 1846-1 And Pn-En 1846-2 Or Equivalent, C) Resulting From The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels, D) Must Have A Current Type Approval Certificate Or Ec Certificate Of Conformity In Accordance With Separate National Regulations Relating To Road Traffic Law, E) Be Brand New: Year Of Production: 2026, F) Cannot Be A Prototype Or Experimental Vehicle, G) Cannot Be An Exhibition, Test Or Replacement Vehicle Made Available To Third Parties, H) The Delivered Car Must Have All The Documents Necessary For Registration And Allowing The Vehicle To Be Put Into Operation, 3. Adaptive Changes To The Subject Of The Order, Created In The Version For The Needs Of The City Guard, Regarding The Installation Of Equipment, Cannot Result In The Loss Or Limitation Of Rights Arising From The Factory Warranty During Its Operation.
