The Contractor Will Offer A 60-Day Payment Period From The Date Of Issuing The Correct Vat Invoice And Will Offer A Period Of Price Stability Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.4. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party And Will Not Result In Additional Costs Arising From Their Use.
