1. The Subject Of This Order Is Provision Of Services Related To The Organization And Conduct Of Early Child Development Support Classes Under The Government Program For Life In Order To Ensure The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Center In 2026. The Subject Of The Service Is The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Government Administration Resulting From The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life, Constituting An Annex To Resolution No. 189 Of The Council Of Ministers Of December 27, 2021 Amending The Resolution On The Comprehensive Support Program For Families For Life (M.P. Of 2022, Item 64), Hereinafter Referred To As The Program, In The Scope Of: Ensuring The Implementation Of The Tasks Of The Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Center In The District, Specified In Article 90V(4) Of The Act Of September 7, 1991 On The Education System And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 30, 2023 On Detailed Tasks Of Leading Coordination, Rehabilitation And Care Centers (Journal Of Laws, Item 1801). Resulting From Task 2.4 Multi-Faceted And Comprehensive Assistance For A Disabled Child From The Age Of 0 To Starting School And His/Her Family. Part 1 - Speech Therapist/Neurological Speech Therapist Number Of Hours - 495 Hours Required Qualifications: A) Completed Masters Or Postgraduate Studies In The Field Of Speech Therapy, Neurological Speech Therapy; B) Has Pedagogical Preparation; C) Has At Least 2 Years Of Professional Work Experience With A Child With Speech Development Disorders And Working With A Disabled Child; Providing Services Related To Conducting Early Support Classes For The Childs Development By A Speech Therapist/Neurologist. The Tasks Of The Speech Therapist/Neurologist Will Include: - Developing And Implementing An Individual Early Development Support Program With The Child And His Family, In The Part Intended For The Speech Therapist/Neurologist, - Assessing The Progress And Difficulties In The Childs Functioning, Adapting The Therapy To His/Her Individual Needs, - Cooperation With Others Specialists Working With The Child In Order To Provide Him With Comprehensive Development Support, - Participation In Team Meetings (At Least Twice A Year) To Analyze The Effectiveness Of The Assistance Provided Under The Program To The Child And His Family, Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support, - Providing Services In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party And Keeping Documentation, Number Of Hours Under Part 1: In 2026 - Max. 495 Hours (Four Hundred And Ninety-Five Hours).
