Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E (Gz-50) To The School Buildings, Shelter, Entertainment And Sports Hall And Pedagogical Library In The School Complex In Biskupiec
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel, High-Methane E-Natural Gas Gz-50, And The Provision Of Distribution Services For The School Complex In Biskupiec. Gas Is To Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.2. The Gas Consumption Volume For The Order Is 711,588 Over 12 Months. The Demand For Gas Fuel Was Assumed Based On Historical Consumption Of Gas Fuel And May Differ From The Actual Use Of Gas Fuel, Because It Is Impossible To Determine In Advance The Amount Of Gas Fuel That The Ordering Party Will Use During The Duration Of The Contract Resulting From The Proceedings In Question. The Quantity Of The Order Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Fuel In The Specified Quantity And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.
