Equivalent Or Better Quality Solutions May Be Used. In The Event That Devices Equivalent Or Of Better Quality Are Used And Exceed The Dimensions Indicated In The Design, A Development Concept Must Be Submitted With The Offer As Proof That The Selected Devices Fit In The Locations Specified In The Design. The Parameters Provided, Including Dimensions, Describing Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Output Data. The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of ± 10 Cm. The Scope Of The Investment Is Marked On The Land Development Map Constituting An Annex To This Tender Procedure Appendix No. 1 - Scope Of The Investment.
