The Subject Of The Order Includes Successive Deliveries Of Phosphorus Fertilizers, Potassium Fertilizers, Multi-Component Fertilizers (Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium), Nitrogen Fertilizers In The Ammonium And Nitrate Form, Nitrogen Fertilizers In The Amide Form With And Without An Inhibitor, Carried Out At The Request Of The Ordering Party.4. Detailed Description Of The Item - The Objective And Quantitative Scope Was Specified In The Spreadsheet (Assortment And Value List) Included In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz); 5. The Method And Conditions Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.6. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Products In Quantities And Types Consistent With The Ordering Partys Order; The Goods Must Have Intact Features Of The Original Packaging And Meet All The Features Specified By The Ordering Party.
