Part No. 1: Provision Of Post-Warranty Technical Inspection Services, Minor Repairs And Maintenance Of Saver One Defibrillators;1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Post-Warranty Technical Inspection Services, Minor Repairs And Maintenance Of Defibrillators, Respirators And Electric Mammals, Equipped With The Provincial Police Headquarters In Łódź And The Units Of The Łódź Garrison, The Management Board In Łódź Of Cbśp, The Łódź Department Of Bswp And Cbzc According To The Assortment And Quantities Indicated In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz (2.1 – 2.10 According To The Part).2. The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Have Appropriate Technical Resources, Knowledge And Practice In Performing Technical Inspections, Maintenance And Repairs Of The Devices Indicated In Section 1; 2) Carry Out Technical Inspections, Maintenance And Repairs In A Reliable, Timely Manner, In Accordance With The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Manufacturers Technical And Operational Requirements And Device Operating Instructions; 3) Performing Inspections And Inspections Of The Technical Condition In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Recommendations Of The Device Manufacturer. 3. The Unit Prices Of Services Given In The Assortment And Price Form Will Not Change Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Subject To The Content Of § 11 Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Devices And The Number Of Services Provided, Specified In Annex No. 2.1 - 2.10 - Assortment And Price Form /According To The Parts/, Within The Amount Specified In § 8 Section 1 Of The Contract. Such A Change Will Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract. 5. The Completed Order Will Be Placed And Collected By Authorized Employees Of Kwp/Kmp/Kpp/Cbśp/Bswp/Cbzc Based On Orders And Acceptance Protocols. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect The Devices From The Ordering Party Within 3 Business Days From The Moment Of Reporting This Fact By Phone (Confirmed In Writing Or E-Mail) And Deliver Them After The Service Has Been Performed, To The Same Address, At Its Own Expense And Risk, Between 8.30 A.M. And 3 P.M. The Device Pickup Address Will Always Be Indicated In The Order.6. The Minimum Value Of The Order That The Ordering Party Intends To Complete Will Not Be Less Than 60% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract (According To The Part).7. Other Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Contract Template8. In The Event Of A Repair Order, The Contractor Will Send A Repair Expert Opinion To The Ordering Party For Approval (Appendix No. 3) Within 3 Business Days Of Receiving The Order. The Repair Will Be Carried Out After The Expert Opinion Is Accepted By The Ordering Party. 9. The Actual Number And Type Of Services Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Its Budget. In The Event Of Ordering Services Of A Lower Value Than Spec
