Purpose Of Procurementin Accordance With The State Purchasing Act (O.C.G.A. § 50¿5¿50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (Erfp) Seeks To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Contractor To Provide Maintenance Services For Kennesaw State University¿S Chillers And Cooling Towers.This Solicitation Aims To Secure A Contractor To Deliver Comprehensive Maintenance And Inspection Services For The University¿S Chillers, Cooling Towers, And Associated Pumping Systems. The Selected Contractor Will Perform All Preventive And Corrective Maintenance In Line With Manufacturer Standards And Industry Best Practices To Ensure Reliable And Efficient Hvac Operations. All Work Must Be Coordinated With Ksu Plant Operations To Minimize Disruptions And Maintain Continuous Campus Operations.Description Of Servicesthe Contractor Shall Coordinate All Maintenance Activities With Ksu To Prevent Service Interruptions. All Work Must Follow The Manufacturer¿S Specifications For Each Unit. Any Required Repairs Or Replacements Outside Standard Maintenance Will Be Submitted Separately For Ksu Approval. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing All Necessary Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, And Consumables.This Solicitation May Result In One Or Multiple Awards, Depending On Project Requirements And Supplier Qualifications.Term And Renewalthe Initial Contract Term Is One Year. Kennesaw State University May Renew The Agreement For Up To Four Additional One-Year Terms, Subject To Satisfactory Performance And Mutual Agreement.
