Installations Will Take Place Regionally In Metro Atlanta, West Georgia, Coastal Georgia, And Middle Georgia (Exact Locations To Be Determined). Successful Supplier Shall Be The Manufacturer, Or A Manufacturer Approved Partner For Haas Alert. This Is A Sole Brand Bid. No Substitutions Will Be Accepted. This Bid Is To Establish An Open Agency Contract For One (1) Year With Four (4) - One (1) Year Optional Renewals. The Quantities Listed Are Estimates Only For Initial Year Purchases. No Quantities Or Monetary Value Are Guaranteed. The Price Quoted Must Include All Delivery/Shipping/Fuel Surcharge And Insurance Fees. No Additional Charges Will Be Allowed.
