Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Form Of Required Technical Parameters, Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.2. The Contractor Is Responsible For Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Product Should Meet The Provisions Of: 1) Directive 2006/42/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 May 2006. On Machinery, Amending Directive 95/16/Ec; 2) Directive 2014/35/Eu - Directive Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 On The Harmonization Of The Laws Of The Member States Relating To The Making Available On The Market Of Electronic Equipment Designed For Use Within Certain Voltage Limits; 3) Directive 2014/30/Eu - Directive Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 On The Harmonization Of The Laws Of The Member States Relating To Electromagnetic Compatibility.4. Insurance And Transport Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Will Be At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. 5.
