The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Removal Of Unsegregated, Crushed Municipal Waste (In A Way That Does Not Damage The Contractors Containers) From The Prison In Pińczów In The Period From April 1, 2026. For A Period Of 6 Months. The Estimated Amount Of Waste During The Term Of The Contract Will Be Approximately: 360 M³. The Following Cpv Group Is Established, According To Which The Ordering Party Has Aggregated The Subject Of The Order: 90500000 -2 Waste-Related Services, Which Includes: 90513200-8 Solid Municipal Waste Removal Service; Waste Removal From The Premises Of The Pińczów Prison To A Landfill With An Appropriate Permit For Waste Processing Municipal Waste, Which Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Throughout The Duration Of The Contract Using A Specialized Means Of Transport At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. The Contractor Declares That It Has The Appropriate Permits And Decisions To Perform The Subject Of The Order (The Entity Must Be On The List Of Entities With An Entry In The Register Of Regulated Activities In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners In The Pińczów Commune). Waste Collection From The Ordering Partys Premises Will Take Place On Days From Monday To Friday Determined By The Ordering Party And Contractor From 8.00 A.M. To 1.00 P.M. The Approximate Frequency Of Waste Collection Based On The Subject Of The Order Will Be 1-2 Times A Week, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Performance Of The Service By The Contractor Will Be Documented With A Waste Transfer Card/Report. The Service Will Be Performed Based On The Ordering Partys Orders, Each Time Specifying The Number Of Containers And The Completion Date. Orders Will Be Sent By Fax, E-Mail Or Telephone One Day In Advance. In The Event Of A Sudden, Unpredictable Increase In The Amount Of Waste Generated At A Given Time (E.G. Within 1 Week), The Ordering Party Reporting The Need To Collect Waste Sets A Date For The Contractor On The Next Business Day (Monday - Friday From 08:00 To 13:00). In Extraordinary Cases (E.G. Car Breakdown, Natural Disaster, Waste Collection Is Allowed On Saturday From 8:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. After Prior Arrangement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor). The Contractor Will Provide Free Lease Of 13-15 Containers Of Equal Capacity (Permissible Container Capacity: 0.7-1.1 M³). For Collecting Municipal Waste And Handing Over These Containers In Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition. Containers Should Be Described In A Way That Allows For Clear Identification Of The Property Owner (E.G. Company Name).
