Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Computer Equipment For The Implementation Of The Project Titled Strengthening The Cybersecurity System Of The Szczecinek City Hall As Part Of The Cybersafe Local Government Grant Project

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Nas Servers As Part Of The Grant Project Entitled: Strengthening The Cybersecurity System Of The Szczecinek City Hall, Co-Financed By European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, As Part Of The Grant Project Entitled: Cybersecure Local Government Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23, In Accordance With The Grant Agreement Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23/0689/ Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23/2024. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Unloading And Bringing In The Equipment Referred To In Section 1 Above To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party - Activation Of The Equipment And Its Configuration In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Place Of Delivery – Szczecinek City Hall, Pl. Wolności 13, 78-400 Szczecinek.4. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025, Unused, Undamaged And Free From Third-Party Rights. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Description And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To Swz.6. The Contractor Will Provide Equipment Whose Parameters Will Be Consistent (Or Higher) With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz.7. On The Day Of Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of The Delivered Equipment Along With The Serial Numbers Of The Devices And All Documentation Provided By The Device Manufacturer.8. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Warranty For The Equipment (Including Components) For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. Detailed Terms Of The Warranty For Defects And Quality Guarantee Are Presented In § 8 Of The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex 10 To This Swz.9. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions If The Subject Of The Contract Described Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law.10. If The Swz Or Its Annexes Indicate Trademarks, Manufacturers Names, Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers, I.E. The Use Of Solutions Other Than Those Indicated In The Trademarks, Etc., Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Swz. The Use Of Parameters Better Than Those Indicated Is Permissible. The Contractor Who Used Equivalent Or Better Solutions Is Obliged To Indicate Them In His Offer And Demonstrate Their Equivalence Or Superiority To The Solutions Described In Swz.11. The Burden Of Proof To Prove The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions With The Solutions Described By Indicating An Example Trademark
