Delivery And Installation Of A Weight Swing, A Linear Arena, A Balance Beam Along With The Construction Of A Safety Zone For These Devices To Kindergartens, Integration Department No. 1 In Orzesze, Ul. Measuring Cups 4A;The Offered Items Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Technically Efficient, Complete And Ready For Use, And Must Also Meet The Technical And Functional Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Price Of The Subject Of The Order Should Also Include The Cost Of Delivery, Installation And Instruction In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Playground Equipment. All Devices Must Have Valid Certificates And Approvals Authorizing The Product To Be Marked With A Safety Mark And Meet European Union Standards. Photocopies Of Technical Cards Of Playground Equipment, Certificates And Attestations Confirmed To Be True Copies Of The Originals Should Be Attached To The Documentation At The Stage Of Acceptance Of The Task. All Works Related To The Installation Of Devices And Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Device Manufacturer, All Devices Are To Be Installed On Playgrounds While Maintaining Safety Zones. There Cannot Be Any Objects Or Other Playground Equipment In The Safety Zone. Safety Zones Must Be Separated Around A Given Device And Between Individual Playground Equipment, And The Installed Playground Equipment Must Be Accompanied By Instructions For Their Operation, Inspection And Maintenance. The Final Acceptance Protocol Will Be Signed By The Ordering Party After Obtaining From The Contractor Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground With The Pn-En 1176 Or Equivalent Standard And The Surface With The Pn-En 1177 Or Equivalent Standard.
