The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip The Auditorium And Teaching Rooms Of The Medical University Of Lublin With Audiovisual Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As: Subject Of The Order Or Equipment). 1.1. The Guaranteed Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Commissioning Of Equipment For Aula - Type 2 - 1 Pc. 1.2. The Ordering Party Envisages Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Option Right Will Cover The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Commissioning Of Equipment For The Following Types Of Rooms: - Lecture Hall - On-Line Streaming - 1 Pc. - Lecture Hall - Type 1 - 1 Pc. - Hybrid Room - 8 Pcs. - Faithful Reproduction Room - Type 1 - 5 Pcs. - Faithful Reproduction Room - Type 2 - 4 Pcs. - Lecture Room - 2 Pcs. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Also Called Opz). 3. The Order Is Financed Under The Eu Project - Project Development Plan Entitled Modernization And Equipment Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With The Increase In Admission Limits For Medical Studies - Medical University Of Lublin, Which Is An Element Of Investment D2.1.1 Entitled Investments Related To The Modernization And Retrofitting Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With Increasing Admission Limits For Medical Studies, Implemented Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan - Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Under Agreement No. Kpod.07.05-Ip.10-0023/24/Kpo/1206/2025/99. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out A Site Visit Necessary To Perform The Order, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Declaration Of Non-Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, Valid As Of The Date Of Submission Of Offers, In The Form Of The Single European Procurement Document (Spd) In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 7. Gdpr (Information Obligation And Application Obligation): Information On The Protection Of Natural Persons In Connection With The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data Is Specified In Chapter Xxiii Of The Swz. 8. The Ordering Party Requests The Contractors To Pay A Deposit In The Amount Of Pln 250,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand Zlotys And Pln 00/100).
