Tenders are invited for Hydraulic Forklift Training with Narrow Aisle Electric Forklift The U.S. Embassy, Abuja, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Hydraulic Forklift Operator Training, including hands-on practical instruction with Narrow Aisle Electric Forklifts, for twenty-eight (28) Government personnel at the U.S. Embassy Warehouse in Abuja, Nigeria. Interested contractors are invited to review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and submit a quote. To ensure your quote is valid, please adhere to the following guidelines: Technical Quote This must include: a. Your methodology for fulfilling the training requirements, including curriculum outline and evaluation/certification approach b. A proposed training schedule, equipment specifications, and class structure for two (2) sessions of up to 14 trainees each c. Instructor qualifications resumes or summary credentials demonstrating knowledge, training, and experience to train and evaluate powered industrial truck operators per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(iii) d. Your performance history with at least two (2) valid references for similar forklift training services provided within the last three (3) years, including agency/company name, point of contact, phone number, and brief description of services e. Additionally: i. Confirm your SAM.gov registration is current and active and provide your UEI (or confirm your NDAA compliance status by completing the attached NDAA form) ii.
