Scope Of The Public Procurement: The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Two Separate Items As Follows: Op 1 - Purchase And Delivery Of 1 Unit, Factory New, Unused Electric Car, Equipped According To Art. 139 Of The Road Traffic Act, Accompanied By The Necessary Documents For Its Registration, A Service Book, And Provision Of Warranty Maintenance And Registration Of The Car At The Traffic Police; Op 2 – Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 1 Pc. A Charging Station For Recharging Electric Vehicles With A Minimum Power Of 22 Kw At A Place Specified By The Contracting Authority In The City Of Shumen, Together With Operating Instructions And Guarantee Maintenance This Public Procurement Will Be Financed With Funds From The Mechanism For Recovery And Sustainability For The Implementation Of An Investment Of The Municipality Of Shoumen Within The Framework Of A Procedure Through The Direct Provision Of Funds From The Mechanism Bg-Rrp-13.011 Purchase Of Electric Vehicles, Including Connected Charging Stations For The Provision Of Social Services. The Funds Under The Procedure Will Be Provided By Direct Provision Of Funds To Specific Final Recipients - Municipalities, In Whose Territories A Minimum Of 10 Social Services Function, An Activity Delegated By The State, In Implementation Of The Program - Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems In Existing Buildings For Social Services And Provision Of Electric Vehicles, Including Connected Charging Stations For The Provision Of Social Services From The Recovery And Sustainability Plan (Rps). Within The Framework Of The Procedure, Only The Activity For The Purchase Of Electric Vehicles And Related Charging Stations For The Purpose Of Providing Social Services Will Be Performed. The Aim Of The Entire Investment Is To Increase Energy Efficiency, Reduce Energy Dependency And Improve Operational Sustainability In The Social Services Sector Through Two Complementary Components/Activities: Installing Photovoltaic Systems In Municipal Social Services And Providing Electric Light-Duty Vehicles To Support Social Work.
