The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works And The Exercise Of Author Supervision (Engineering) For The Object: Overhaul Of The Municipal Road Bgs3095 /I-9/ Zvezdets - Malko Tarnovo/ Stoilovo The Public Order Is Aimed At Restoring And Improving The Transport And Operational Qualities Of The Road, Which Includes: Achieving The Technical Elements That Meet The Standards For The Relevant Design Speed, Guaranteeing The Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement, Guaranteeing The Evenness Of The Pavement, Guaranteeing Good Drainage And Safety In The Organization Of Traffic. The Beginning Of The Road Is At Km 0+000 (After The Intersection With Road E-87), And The End Of The Section Is At Km 5+000, Which Is The Entrance To The Village Of Stoilovo. The Road Is Part Of The Municipal Road Network Of The Municipality Of Malko Tarnovo And Is The Only Road Connection To The Village Of Stoilovo. The Length Of The Section Is 5000.00 M. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: ♦ Activity 1: Designing - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And By-Laws On Its Implementation For The Site. ♦ Activity 2: Construction/Smr/ - Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Normative Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer For The Site: Major Repair Of The Municipal Road Bgs3095 /I-9/ Zvezdets - Malko Tarnovo/ Stoilovo ♦ Activity 3: Author Supervision – Exercise Of Author Supervision During Construction Execution. Construction Is Categorized As The Third Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter A Of Zut.
