The Mandatory Scope Of The Service, Regulated In Art. 168, Para. 1 Of The Zut, Includes The Activities For Which The Person Exercising Construction Supervision Is Responsible, Namely For: Lawful Commencement Of Construction; Completeness, Reliability And Correct Drafting Of The Acts And Protocols During Construction; Implementation Of The Construction Site In Accordance With The Approved Projects And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Construction, According To The Normative Acts And Technical Specifications For Fire Safety, Environmental Protection During Construction; Compliance With The Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In Construction; Carrying Out Control Over The Volume Of Construction And Installation Activities Carried Out And Proposed For Acceptance, Taking Into Account The Amount And Volume Of Materials And Labor Invested In Their Implementation; Quality Of Construction Materials And Products Used And Their Compliance With Safety Standards; Avoiding Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction; Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut For Construction; Preparation Of The Technical Passport Of The Construction, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passport Of The Construction; Performs The Necessary Actions On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority In The Construction Commissioning Procedure, Incl.
