Pursuant To Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop, The Object Of The Present Procedure Is Delivery. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery By Purchase Of Seed Material, Necessary For The Needs Of Tp Dls Borovo, The Same Described In Terms Of Type And Technical Characteristics In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Requested Amount Of Seed Material Should Be Packed In Sacks Or In Another Type Of Packaging Depending On The Type Of Material And The Requested Amount. The Planting Materials Must Be Protected From Any Damage Due To Improper Storage, Atmospheric Influence And Transport And Must Be From The 2025 Harvest. The Delivered Goods Should Meet All The Requirements Of The Bulgarian State Quality Standards And The Standards Of The European Union, As Well As The Same Should Be Accompanied By The Relevant Quality Certificates Proving These Circumstances. Planting Material That Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Is Not Accepted And Is Subject To Replacement.
