Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Provider For The Provision Of Mobile Data Services Through A Public Telecommunications Substation Cellular Network According To The Gsm/Umts/Lte Standard With National Coverage
The Quality Of The Services Provided By The Public Telecommunications Operator Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Stipulated In Its Individual License, Respectively In The Authorization For The Implementation Of Electronic Messages Through A Public Telecommunications Subsidiary Cellular Network According To The Gsm/Umts/Lte Standard With National Coverage. The Provided Data Transfer And Mobile Internet Access Services Should Provide Coverage/Access To The Internet For 23 Users. The Contractor Is Obliged To Guarantee Coverage For The Territory Of The Country, Including Forest Areas, Given The Nature Of Work Of The Employers Employees. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Provided Services To Include The Possibility Of Conducting Calls/Voice Services. When Providing The Services, The Participants Should Secure The Following: - Provision Of The Data Transfer And Mobile Internet Access Service Covering The Territory Of The Entire Country, Including Forest Areas; - The Mobile Internet Access Service Must Include A Minimum Of 10,000Mb/Megabyte/Month At Maximum Speed And An Unlimited Amount Of Data After Exhausting The Included Megabytes At Maximum Speed, Without Additional Payment; - Free Provision Of A Duplicate Sim Card In Case Of Loss Or Destruction; - Possibility To Transfer Mobile Phone Numbers To The Sim Cards Available To The Contractor. The Costs Of Changing The Provider Are At The Expense Of The Participant; - The Participant Designated As The Contractor Shall Provide The Contracting Authority With A Detailed Invoice For The Services Used, Accompanied By A Tax Invoice, Free Of Charge. - The Quality Of The Services Provided, The Subject Of The Order, Must Correspond To The Standards In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria; - To Ensure Network Coverage Of Over 90% Of The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And 100% Of The Territory Falling Within The Scope Of Tp Dgs Belovo;
