The Object Of This Public Procurement Is A Service - (Provision Of Services) In The Sense Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act With The Subject: Preparation Of A Technical Project For The Object: Reconstruction And Completion Of The Internal Water Supply Network Of Ezerovo Quarter, Smolyan City, Smolyan District The Scope Is The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase For The Reconstruction Of The Internal Distribution Network For The Ezerovo Quarter, The City Of Smolyan With An Approximate Length Of L=9.00 Km, Including All Accompanying Facilities Along The Route Such As Air Shafts, Discharge Shafts, Passages Through Water Bodies, Special Terrains, Svo, Ph, Etc. The Scope Will Be Implemented Within The Framework Of Main Activities #2 And Its Accompanying Main Activities, Namely: Main Activities At The Design Stage: Main Activity #1 – Organization And Implementation Of Research Works And Gathering Of The Necessary Information For The Preparation Of An Investment Project; Main Activity #2 – (Design) - Organization And Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase; Main Activity #3 – Organization And Implementation Of The Activities Necessary To Create And Ensure Safe And Healthy Working Conditions And Fire Safety At The Workplace Of Providing The Service At The Design Stage; Main Activity #4 – Organization And Implementation Of The Activities Necessary To Create And Ensure The Necessary Conditions For Preventing And/Or Minimizing Environmental Pollution Of Air, Water, Soil From The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Service At The Design Stage; Main Activity #5 - Acquaintance Of The Contracting Authority With The Investment Project Before Printing And Completion Main Activity #6 – Organizing And Printing, Completing And Delivering The Investment Project To The Client; Main Activity #7 – Organizes And Supports The Employer In The Process Of Coordinating The Project With The Operating Companies And Competent Authorities And Parties Whose Permission, Assistance Or Opinion Is Necessary; Main Activity No. 8 – Organization And Elimination Of Deficiencies In The Project Established At The Project Coordination Stage; Main Activity #9 – Organization And Administration Of The Contract Within The Framework Of The Duties And Responsibilities Of The Design Stage; Main Activity #10 – Organizes, Assists And, After Authorization, Represents The Employer In Registration Processes Before Third Parties, Competent Authorities And Operating Companies All Main Activities #1, From #3 To #10 Inclusive, As Necessary Activities And All Necessary Costs For Their Implementation, Will Be Provided In The Unit Prices Of Activity #2 Reflected In The Price Proposal.
