Given That The Demand For Food From The Municipal Kennel Is Variable Over Time, Depending On The Number Of Animals Under Municipal Custody, A Supply Contract Is Required That Allows The Periodic Provision Of The Food, In Accordance With The Effective Needs Of The Service, Ensuring The Operational Continuity Of The Municipal Kennel And Adequate Animal Welfare Conditions.
